§ Topic · RA-MICRO integration

RA-MICRO holds the file.
The rest of the firm doesn't see it.

RA-MICRO knows every case, every deadline, every document. But the assistant is still forwarding by email, and partners still ask "what's the status?" twice a day. We connect RA-MICRO to the rest of your stack so the file is visible everywhere it should be.

§ IWhere RA-MICRO stops

Three gaps at the RA-MICRO edge.

01

Status invisible outside RA-MICRO.

Partners without RA-MICRO access ask by email. Clients ask by phone. Assistants answer the same question five times a day.

Status-silo
02

Documents move by hand.

Incoming email attachments get saved manually, moved to the case folder, and only sometimes tagged. Attachments to RA-MICRO mails get re-uploaded.

Manual attachments
03

Deadlines duplicated elsewhere.

Deadlines live in RA-MICRO, Outlook calendars, a shared Excel, and three partners' heads. Which is current?

§ IIWhat changes

RA-MICRO as the single source,
everywhere visible.

01

Status mirror in Teams / web.

A read-only mirror of the relevant RA-MICRO file appears in Teams, Slack, or a web dashboard — for partners without RA-MICRO access.

  • Read-only projection
  • Access-controlled views
  • Audit-logged reads
02

Automatic document filing.

Emails with attachments auto-file into the matching RA-MICRO file. Unsure matches go to a review inbox — never silent drops.

  • Auto-match by subject / sender
  • Review inbox
  • Tag + classify
03

Single deadline source.

RA-MICRO becomes the leading deadline source. Outlook calendars subscribe. Excel lists die. Deadlines always match.

  • RA-MICRO as source
  • Outlook ics feed
  • Deletion propagates

§ IVQuestions

Common questions

01Which RA-MICRO version do you support?
All current RA-MICRO versions with the standard REWE interfaces. For older setups we can also bridge via file exports or the Outlook integration. We check in the workflow check what's cleanest.
02Is it safe for partners to see files via Teams instead of RA-MICRO?
Yes — the mirror is read-only, access-controlled, and audit-logged. Write operations always go through RA-MICRO. Teams / web are just a window, not an edit surface.
03Can we still use Outlook calendar for deadlines?
Absolutely. Outlook becomes a subscriber to the RA-MICRO deadline feed. Changes propagate one-way (RA-MICRO → Outlook) to keep the source of truth clean.
