Entry · Free trial run

One month of postings.
One DATEV batch.
Nothing to sign.

Send us one month of your postings as a CSV export. Within three working days you get back a DATEV posting batch your accountant can import, a checklist of every item the system was not sure about, and a short report. Free, no follow-up obligation.

What it costs

Nothing
for the trial run.

If the batch holds up and you want the process to run every month, the next step is the live pilot at € 1,500 one-off, credited in full; ongoing operation starts at € 900 per month.

How it works

Four steps,
three working days.

01

You send one month

A CSV export from your bank account or bookkeeping software, ideally with your chart of accounts (SKR 03 or SKR 04). Names may be blacked out; date, amount and purpose line are enough.

02

The system proposes

Every posting gets a proposed account and tax key from a rule set. Where the rules are not sure, the item is marked, not guessed.

03

You get three files

The DATEV posting batch in EXTF format for your accountant, the checklist of uncertain items with the reason for each, and a one-page report: how many postings were assigned with confidence, how many need a decision.

04

You and your accountant judge

Import the batch, check the proposals, count the corrections. That number tells you whether this process is worth running every month, before anyone talks about a project.

What we do not do

The system proposes.
People decide.

I

No bookkeeping, no tax advice

The trial run is software output. Checking and releasing the postings stays with you and your tax advisor; the German Tax Advisory Act draws that line and we keep to it.

II

No document coding

We work from your export, not from receipts. Whether a proposal becomes a posting is decided by your accountant, exactly as it is today.

III

No data kept

Your file is processed on our own server in Germany and deleted after the trial run. Blacked-out names are fine; we need the pattern, not the person.

The same tool has run our own bookkeeping since 2025. How it is built, and where automation in bookkeeping stops making sense, is in the guide on self-built bookkeeping.

Request

Tell us which system the export comes from.

We reply within 24 hours with the upload link and the two questions we need answered (chart of accounts, cash or accrual). Then the three working days start.

Prefer to start with an assessment instead of a file? The live pilot is the paid entry for that.
