Sustainable implementation before quick wins.
We prioritise projects that hold up in daily use: clear ownership, clean handoffs, operations from day one. Quick wins exist — but not without framework and documentation.
3+ months typicalfudaut is a studio for n8n workflow automation and AI integration — focused on law firms and professional services in the DACH region. Founder: Ilia Isakov. Focus: reduce repeat work, model processes cleanly, build systems that keep working long-term.
Before fudaut, I built internal process tools and integrations in B2B product teams. The pattern that kept showing up: fancy tools next to each other, data silos between them, and a workforce spending Fridays on copy-paste.
fudaut exists because firms in the DACH legal and professional-services space are at exactly that point — they have the tools, but not the bridges. My work is building those bridges with n8n, the Microsoft Graph, and a clean operational logic on top.
Clean implementation, clear communication, outcomes that actually reduce workload in daily operations. That's it.

3+ months typicalYou get not just automation, but a handover document: architecture, credentials, edge cases, troubleshooting. No dependency on us.
Handover-readyWe use n8n where control, self-hosting, and extensible workflows matter. If a different setup fits better, we say so openly.
Stack-honestNo project without a clear plan. Here's the regular flow of an automation project — from requirement to live operation.
Clarify requirements, understand systems, build the first workflow prototype.
Test with real data, catch edge cases, set up monitoring.
Production operation, fine-tuning, documentation, team training.
Quarterly reviews, further development, problem support on demand.
Tools get picked for control and handover-ability — the setup stays understandable and transferable.
