Custom software for law firms that closes one gap at a time
— in your stack, on your data.
We build narrowly defined components that close specific gaps between your existing tools — directly in Microsoft 365, no new tool, no training. Fixed price, 4–6 weeks setup. The opposite of buying yet another SaaS subscription.
Six examples from active practice
These are concrete components that we have built, are building, or have priced out for prospects. Each one is custom to one firm — but the pattern repeats.
Client intake routing
First-contact email arrives → system recognises matter type, responsible partner, missing documents → suggests an answer and creates a clean status entry. Lawyers keep working in Outlook/Teams. No new inbox, no parallel CRM.
Cross-office status dashboard
Multi-location firms need every partner to see the same status — independent of the physical office. Live mandate dashboard, shared in M365, with location filters and ownership tracking.
Multi-party deal status
Cross-border M&A and PE deals: every party, document state, open question and next owner visible per deal. Reduces email-thread fragmentation that scales with party count.
Regulatory update tracker
BaFin, EZB-Joint-Supervisory or sector-specific regulator releases automatically matched to affected mandates. Compliance team gets a delta view instead of reading every release manually.
Content machine for law firms
Our one productized package — 8 LinkedIn posts and 6 blog articles per month, AI-drafted, partner-approved in 10 minutes, auto-published. Fixed price. Live since November at our pilot customer.

30-minute discovery call: you describe where partner time leaks today, we sketch a custom component scoped to 4–6 weeks. If the math doesn't work for you, we say so on the call.
Where Harvey, LegalFly and Spellbook stop, we start
Generic legal-AI providers cover 80% of the workflow surface that's the same across all law firms. The remaining 20% — your specific intake quirks, your partner sign-off culture, your DATEV/RA-MICRO/M365 stack — is where most of the actual partner-time leak lives.
Generic SaaS
- One product, every firm uses it the same way
- You adapt your workflow to the tool
- Monthly per-seat price, indefinitely
- Vendor controls the data and the roadmap
- Coverage stops at the SaaS feature boundary
Custom build (us)
- One narrowly defined component scoped to your case
- Tool adapts to your existing workflow
- Fixed price setup + monthly operations, cancellable
- You own the code and data, on your infrastructure
- Coverage extends to exactly where partner time leaks
Four steps from discovery to live
30-minute discovery call
You describe the workflow gap. We listen, ask clarifying questions, and sketch what a custom component could look like. Free, no pitch.
Written proposal with fixed price
Within 3 working days: scope, timeline (4–6 weeks typical), fixed price, what's included and what isn't. No platform commitment until you sign.
Build (4–6 weeks)
Weekly sync, working in your infrastructure (M365 tenant, Supabase or your DB). 50% on signing, 50% on first live use. We commit to the timeline; if we miss it, we eat it.
Operations (monthly)
Monitoring, adjustments, quarterly strategy call. Cancel monthly after the first 6 months. Code stays yours either way.
What runs at our pilot customer
A DACH tax firm with 14 employees. Name and exact figures shared 1:1 in discovery calls.
What does this cost?
Setup is fixed-price, typically 6.900–24.000 € depending on scope. Monthly operations 290–1.490 €. We commit to the price in the written proposal after the discovery call. No hourly rates, no surprise invoices.
Where does the code live?
On your infrastructure. M365 tenant, Supabase project (yours, not ours), or whatever stack you already pay for. We don't run a SaaS that holds your data hostage. If we part ways, you keep everything.
How do you handle BRAO / UWG / DSGVO compliance?
Compliance guardrails are built into every component. Partner sign-off is always the last step. We don't auto-publish or auto-send anything client-facing without an explicit human approval. Documentation of the approval chain is part of the build.
What if you can't deliver in 6 weeks?
We commit to the timeline in the written proposal. If we miss it, we don't bill the second 50%. Risk capped on both sides.
Can we talk to your pilot customer?
On request, after the first discovery call and with the customer's explicit OK, we arrange a 30-minute reference call with the partner who runs the system. Available for serious prospects.
What if the gap doesn't fit a 4–6 week build?
Then we say so in the discovery call. We don't take projects we can't deliver. Sometimes the right answer is a SaaS subscription you didn't know about — we'll tell you.
