Do I need to know what should be automated?

No. If you can describe where it gets stuck every day, that is enough. Finding the biggest lever is part of the live pilot.

Can we start small?

Yes. The live pilot costs € 2,900 one-off and is credited against a follow-up project. Larger builds start at € 9,500 fixed price.

What if our IT partner should run it?

We document and hand over every workflow so that an external IT partner can understand and operate it.
