FAQ
What about UWG / BRAO compliance for lawyer content?
Compliance guardrails are built into the approval step. Partners define what's not allowed (no advice, no client mention, no guarantees). The AI respects them, the human partner confirms. Nothing publishes without partner sign-off.
What if the AI writes generic content?
We feed your past articles, your partners' voices, and 5-10 examples per topic area into the system. The output reads like you, not like ChatGPT. We tune until partners say: 'Yes, that sounds like us.'
Where does our content live? Are we locked in?
All drafts, approvals, and published content live in your infrastructure (Supabase, Notion, or your CMS). Clean CSV/JSON export anytime. If you cancel, you keep everything.
What if we're not happy after 6 weeks?
Setup is fixed-price: if we don't deliver, we don't bill the second 50%. Operations contract is 6-month minimum, then monthly cancellable. Risk capped on both sides.
Can we talk to your pilot customer as a reference?
We will ask them, and we only arrange the call with their explicit OK, so we cannot promise it up front. What is available immediately are the figures: posts published, proposals rejected, how long it ran, all open on our references page and readable without a call.
Do you only build content operations?
No. This is our only off-the-shelf package. Everything else we build case by case: any recurring work done by hand between two systems, from invoice capture to filing in a shared mailbox. Content operations exists as a package only because it repeated often enough for a fixed price to hold.
