01Do I need to know what should be automated?
No. If you can describe where it gets stuck daily, that's enough. The live pilot is explicitly designed to find the biggest lever. You don't need to know the solution.
02Do you work outside Germany?
Yes, across DACH and for international companies with an EU base. What matters is that data stays in the EU. Our infrastructure runs on EU servers, and we only use EU-compliant AI endpoints.
03Can we start with a small pilot?
That's exactly what we recommend. The live pilot (€ 1,500 one-time, credited against a follow-up project) is an intentionally small entry. Larger implementations start from € 6,900 fixed price. You can think bigger first if you want, but you don't have to.
04What if our IT partner should run the operation?
Perfect. We document and hand over every workflow so an external IT partner can understand and operate it. That's part of our method, not optional.
