§ Topic · beA, deadlines & document flow

beA delivers.
What happens next is manual.

Messages arrive in beA — and then a partner has to open, classify, forward, extract deadlines, and file documents manually every morning. We automate everything that can be automated, and keep human review where it has to be.

§ IMorning ritual

Three hours per week lost to the inbox.

01

Partner reads every beA message.

Because classification lives in their head. No categorisation, no routing — just one person scrolling each morning.

Manual triage
02

Deadlines get transferred by hand.

Each deadline: read, copy, paste into DATEV / RA-MICRO / Outlook. Multiple systems, multiple transcription errors.

Deadline drift
03

Documents filed once they're noticed.

Attached documents don't auto-file anywhere. They sit in the beA export folder until someone drags them into the DMS.

Manual archive
§ IIWhat changes

beA monitoring that
does 80 % of the work.

01

Auto-classification on arrival.

Every new beA message gets classified (notice of hearing, deadline, document request, court order) and tagged before anyone sees it.

  • LLM-based classification
  • Mandate auto-matching
  • Review inbox for uncertain
02

Deadline extraction with review.

Deadlines are extracted and prepared as DATEV/RA-MICRO entries. A short human review confirms — no legally relevant deadline is written without confirmation.

  • Structured extraction
  • Mandatory review UI
  • Audit log per deadline
03

Documents filed automatically.

Attachments land in the DMS with the right mandate, file, and deadline context. Partners see the summary, not the drag-and-drop work.

  • DMS auto-archive
  • Metadata from beA
  • Version check

§ IVQuestions

Common questions

01Is beA automation legally safe?
Yes, if built right. We never auto-write legally critical deadlines without human review. The automation does 80 % (read, classify, extract, prepare, file) — the human confirms the 20 % that matters.
02Do you integrate with RA-MICRO's beA module or with DATEV Fristen?
Both. The extraction layer is system-agnostic; the write target is your firm's convention. We support RA-MICRO Akten, DATEV Fristen, Outlook calendars, or custom structures.
03What if beA connectivity is flaky?
We build retry logic and a fallback review queue. If beA is down or messages arrive with issues, they go into a triage inbox with alerts — no silent drops.
